A third generation Yorktown-er, Judge Aviah is proud to be raising her 2 daughters, Talia and Mila, alongside her husband Bobby, in her hometown.

In additional to serving as Yorktown Town Justice, Aviah has legal experience in the private sector, as well as in the NYS Unified Court System as a Court Attorney.

She is an active member of her community — she’s served as both PTA President and Treasurer, has been on the Town Ethics Board and is herself a graduate of Yorktown High!
